A Brief Hello as your Deacon Emeritus? By The Rev T Vincent Jang I had a chance to come visit all of you at True Sunshine during the season of Advent in my new capacity as Deacon Emeritus. It was a chance to say hello and find out how the congregation is moving along. I pray that all of you will take time out during this season of Advent to perhaps discern your next steps in the life of this congregation in light of your limited staffing. You have had great ministries. Don't forget there are people outside of these walls that are excited about using their gifts and I hope you will seek and find them in God's time. I hope you will find the answers that suits your current ministries. I am still learning my way around St. James and I am delighted with the fact that I get to sing music out of the Hymnal 1982 on a regular basis after an absence of a long time. My how music touches the hearts of many in this place. May you have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year. Blessings and Peace,
